PLEASE HELP!!

OK BIG PROBLEM! :(

i just noticed it today, and when i noticed it i felt like ive been fucked in the ass.
i cant believe it took me this long to notice!!

when i open an image in photoshop, it looks drastically different than opened with any other program! i noticed it today when I saw my newest deviation on dA minutes after submition, at first i thought it was dA fucking up the colors, but when i open the same picture in windows fax viewer, it looks the same as on dA. i went back on PS CS3 and reopened the exact same file it looked so much more saturated, it looked the way it was INTENDED TO BE!

if you have no idea what im talking about, just take a look at the following images i have captured via print screen

the confusing part is apparently its only happened on photos that i edited with the new PC that i bought not long ago, this has never happened on my laptop and when i take the old pics from my laptop and compare it on my new PC, there are no differences between PS color and fax viewer!!
does anyone know whats causing the problem??
i need immediate assistance. :(
